Protecting your interests as a customer
Lovell’s commitment to customer care is reinforced through our registration with the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) - an independent, not-for-profit organisation which was set up to oversee reforms in the quality of new homes and the customer service provided by developers.
NHQB provides enhanced protection to buyers of new homes in the form of a code of practice which introduces a broad range of additional requirements for developers, to ensure that every aspect of a new home purchase is covered, from when you initially walk into a sales office, through to two years after the occupation of the home.
Keeping you safe at step every step
From initial enquiry, right through to unpacking
The Code explains the standard of service you can expect and helps ensure you have all the information you need about your purchase and your consumer rights, before and after you move in.
If any issues do occur, the NHQC also gives you the opportunity to take your complaint to an independent New Homes Ombudsman Service.
