A year after moving in, the couple have unpacked and settled in comfortably. A gym is on the doorstep, and Lincoln is just an hour away. Phil said:
"Tennyson Fields has exceeded our expectations. The house is easy to maintain and comfortable to live in, making downsizing much simpler than we anticipated. Even after a year in the property, we remain very happy with our choice and have been pleasantly surprised by its excellent soundproofing and energy efficiency."
