Lovell Homes’ Key Worker discount is open to those working in the NHS, education, emergency services and local authorities, and offers a discount of £500 for every £25,000 spent on a new Lovell home*.
The Armed Forces discount works in a similar way, providing eligible Army, Royal Navy, RAF and MoD personnel with a saving of £500 for every £25,000 spent on their new home*.
Military buyers may also be able to access the Government-backed Forces Help to Buy scheme, which enables them to borrow up to 50 per cent of their annual salary, up to a maximum of £25,000, to support the purchase of their first home*. The funding can be used towards a deposit or associated moving costs, such as legal fees.
