Leading developer Lovell Homes has opened two showhomes at its newly launched, luxurious Durleigh View development in Bridgwater.
Situated off Haygrove Road in the desirable area of Durleigh, Durleigh View will consist of 105 new homes, being delivered in partnership with Notaro New Homes. A stunning collection of three, four and five-bedroom modern homes are now available for buyers to explore, all carefully designed and boasting high specifications.

Last month (June), Lovell Homes hosted an exclusive launch event to mark the opening of its two brand-new showhomes, a three-bedroom Conte and a five-bedroom Giganti.
Interested property seekers were able to meet with the sales team, enquire about the available homes and be the first to step inside the new showhomes. Both beautifully decorated, the showhomes provide homeseekers with the perfect insight into what life at Durleigh View can look and feel like.
The homes at Durleigh View can be purchased via various homebuying schemes, helping to make the step onto or up the property ladder more achievable. The schemes on offer include Helping Hands, a Key Worker discount, an Armed Forces discount and Forces Help to Buy, ensuring there’s support for all types of purchasers.
Helping Hands is designed for current homeowners and helps them to sell their existing home, without any of the worries associated with a traditional homebuying chain. Through the scheme, buyers receive support with the marketing and sale of their property, and then once a sale has been agreed their chosen Lovell home will be reserved*.
Lovell Homes’ Key Worker discount is open to those working in the NHS, education, emergency services and local authorities, and offers a discount of £500 for every £25,000 spent on a new Lovell home*.
The Armed Forces discount works in a similar way, providing eligible Army, Royal Navy, RAF and MoD personnel with a saving of £500 for every £25,000 spent on their new home*.
Military buyers may also be able to access the Government-backed Forces Help to Buy scheme, which enables them to borrow up to 50 per cent of their annual salary, up to a maximum of £25,000, to support the purchase of their first home*. The funding can be used towards a deposit or associated moving costs, such as legal fees.

Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “We’re so proud to have opened the doors to our beautiful new showhomes at Durleigh View. It was really special to see interested homeseekers tour the properties for the first time and experience for themselves the homes’ stylish interiors.
“Durleigh View is a stunning development of luxury new homes, in a sought-after village location. A lot of hard work has gone into making Durleigh View the best it can be and we’re delighted to now be sharing our passion for the development with homebuyers and the local community.
“Now the showhomes are open, we’d encourage anyone interested in moving to the area to visit and find out if their ideal new home is waiting for them at Durleigh View.”
