Is the site safe to visit?
Yes. Visitor safety is our priority. All guests will receive a safety briefing upon arrival and will be provided with any necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). Please follow all instructions from the site team throughout your visit.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. As this is an active construction site, some areas may not be suitable for younger visitors.
Are there homes currently available to reserve?
Briarswood offers a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes, with a variety of house types available. Our Sales Executives will be happy to discuss current availability and upcoming releases during your appointment.

How long will the appointment last?
Appointments are expected to last approximately 30–45 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore the homes and ask any questions you may have.

As you'll be visiting an active construction site, we recommend wearing practical clothing and sturdy, flat footwear suitable for uneven ground.
How do I book my place?
Appointments can be booked online or by contacting the Briarswood sales team directly. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
I can't make the event. Can I still visit Briarswood?
Absolutely. The Briarswood marketing suite and show homes are open Thursday to Monday, 10am–5pm, and our team would be delighted to arrange a personal appointment at a time that suits you.
