1. Offer Availability
The £10,000 incentive package is available on selected homes and developments, subject to contract and status.
This offer is valid for a limited time only on reservations made on or before 30th April 2026 and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
The offer is available to private purchasers who legally complete on the purchase of an eligible home within the timeframe agreed at reservation.
The offer is not available to investment buyers or those purchasing with corporate funding.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive unless explicitly stated by Lovell Homes.
3. Incentive Details
The £10,000 incentive is available as either a Deposit Contribution or Stamp Duty Contribution and will be applied as an allowance upon legal completion.
The Complete Flooring Package and turfed garden are included as part of this promotion. Specification may vary depending on the build stage, and alternatives may be offered where applicable.
No cash alternative is available, and the incentive cannot be transferred to another property or purchaser.
If the purchase does not proceed to completion, the offer will be null and void.
4. Reservation and Exchange of Contracts
To qualify for the offer, the purchaser must reserve an eligible home and exchange contracts within the agreed reservation period.
Failure to exchange contracts within the agreed timeframe may result in the withdrawal of the offer at Lovell Homes’ discretion.
5. General Conditions
Lovell Homes reserves the right to refuse the offer to any purchaser at its discretion.
The offer is subject to mortgage lender approval, where applicable.
In the event of any dispute, Lovell Homes’ decision shall be final and binding.
The offer does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights.
