Terms and Conditions
Promoter: This competition is organised and administered by Lovell Homes (“Lovell”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Lovell Homes, its agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to enter: To enter, participants must submit their name and contact information through the in-person or online submission forms or via the competition post on the official Lovell Homes Instagram page. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be received before the stated closing date; late entries will not be accepted.
Prizes:
One winner will receive a £50 National Garden Centre gift voucher and a butterfly habitat box
Two runners-up will each receive a butterfly habitat box
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Lovell reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Winner selection and notification: Winners will be selected by Lovell Homes. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided or via Instagram direct message within 14 days of the competition closing date. If a winner does not respond within seven days of notification, Lovell reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Data protection
Personal data provided as part of the competition entry will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will be deleted once the competition has concluded and all winners have been confirmed.
Data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and Lovell’s privacy policy.
General conditions
Lovell reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
Lovell’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
