Terms & Conditions – Stamp Duty Offer

  1. Offer Eligibility: This offer is available on all plots at Bincombe Park, Weymouth.
  2. Stamp Duty Coverage: If you have missed the cut-off for the recent Stamp Duty increase, we will cover the difference in cost.
  3. Offer Period: This incentive is valid for reservations made between 13th March and 31st April 2025.
  4. Payment Terms: The Stamp Duty difference will be deducted from the final purchase price upon completion. No cash alternative is available.
  5. Residential Use Only: This offer applies to owner-occupiers and not to investment or buy-to-let purchases.
  6. Non-Transferable: The offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or incentives unless explicitly agreed.
  7. Right to Withdraw: We reserve the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
  8. General Conditions
    - Lovell Homes reserves the right to refuse the Offer to any purchaser at its discretion.
    - The Offer is subject to mortgage lender approval, where applicable.
    - In the event of any dispute, Lovell Homes' decision shall be final and binding.
    - The Offer does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights.
  9.  YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE OR ANY DEBT SECURED ON IT.
