Specific Terms and Conditions – 40” Samsung TV Offer
1. Promotion Overview
This promotional offer entitles eligible customers to receive a 40” Samsung TV when they reserve a Lovell Home at Ruby Meadow, Holsworthy, during the Open House Event on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October 2025.
By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The offer is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reserve a Lovell Home at Ruby Meadow, Holsworthy during the promotional period.
- Reservations must be completed and confirmed with the full reservation fee paid on 25th or 26th October 2025.
- Employees of Lovell Homes, their immediate families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
3. Offer Details
- Each eligible reservation will receive one (1) 40” Samsung TV.
- The TV model will be determined by Lovell Homes and is subject to availability at the time of order.
- The TV is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
4. How to Claim
- The TV will be ordered by Lovell Homes and delivered to the purchaser after legal completion of the property.
- Full details of the delivery process will be confirmed by the sales team at the point of reservation.
5. Limitations
- Only one TV per household/reservation is permitted, regardless of the number of homes reserved.
- The offer is valid only for reservations made on 25th and 26th October 2025. Reservations made outside this period will not qualify.
6. Additional Conditions
- Lovell Homes reserves the right to substitute the TV with an alternative item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
- Lovell Homes reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- This offer is subject to Lovell Homes’ general terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive or promotion.
7. Data Protection
- Any personal data provided in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with Lovell Homes’ Privacy Policy, available on the official Lovell Homes website.
8. Liability
- Lovell Homes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged TVs once issued or delivered.
- To the extent permitted by law, Lovell Homes excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion.
- YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE OR ANY DEBT SECURED ON IT.
