Specific terms and conditions - Landscaping Offer available at Shawbrook Manor and Oaktree Grange:
- This offer is for a payment of £10,000 for landscaping.
- This offer is available at our Oaktree Grange and Shawbrook Manor development in respect of Oakworth Plots 21, 22 and 23 and Valleydale Plots 84, 85 and 89.
- This offer is valid on all reservations of selected plots that take place following the launch of this offer and prior to 31 May 2021, on homes that will legally complete in 2021.
- Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.
- You are under no obligation to use the landscaping company that we introduce to you.
- You are responsible for agreeing the requirements, the price and the other terms and conditions of the proposed landscaping works between you and the landscaping company.
- Lovell Homes is not responsible for the landscaping company or any works or services carried out by the landscaping company, which will be an independent contractor appointed by you.
- The offer will be paid by allowance on legal completion of your purchase.
- All landscaping works must take place after legal completion of the purchase of your Lovell Home.
